Larnaca Airport Buses & Shuttle (LCA)

Travelling on a budget from Larnaca International Airport (LCA)? Cyprus has no train, but scheduled coaches and local buses connect the airport with the main towns for a low fare. They run to a timetable with limited late-night service and little luggage space, so they suit flexible, light-packing travellers more than late arrivals with big bags.

How it works

Coaches to Nicosia and the Limassol Airport Express pick up from the stops just outside arrivals, running to a published timetable with less service late at night. Local buses serve Larnaca town and the Finikoudes seafront for a low flat fare. Tickets are usually bought from the driver or online; the currency is the euro (€). Because the airport is only about 4 km from Larnaca town, a short local bus or a quick taxi both work well for the city.

• Choose the bus if: you want the lowest fare, are travelling light, and your timing is flexible.
